OVERVIEW

Resources for College Libraries: Career Resources is the most recent offering in a more than forty year history of providing libraries the most relevant resource options for their patrons. The Career Resources edition explores subjects germane to a community, vocational, or technical college such as Allied Health, Building and Construction Trades, Engineering and Technology, and Graphic and Apparel Arts.

The core list of resources covers not only traditional monographs and textbooks, but also appropriate online resources. The list can be used with Bowker’s Book Analysis System.

Online
The online edition is a supplement to the already established Resources for College Libraries (www.RCLweb.net). This allows access to not only the Career Resources resources, but also the 65,000 titles selected for four-year institutions. This combination provides a comprehensive catalog to complement any area of study. The online edition offers workflow functionality such as the ability to create lists of favorite titles, the ability to instantly check if your library holds an item, and the opportunity to save searches for easy retrieval when needed.
